PCB123
This tool, in combination with PCB123 Layout, provides a complete system for designing printed circuit boards. It lets you draw a schematic and generate a net list without leaving the interface. It also lets designers create their own symbols and component packages on the fly and has 4,500 design symbols included.
Your design is transferred to this utility with one click on the toolbar. Your parts are automatically placed and the board outline is generated. You can then batch route your design or use the developer's point-to-point router. The price of your board is calculated in real time as you configure your board.
When you're ready to purchase your design, you can generally have it shipped to you within 24 hours with just a few mouse clicks.

SchematiCAD
SchematiCAD is a specialized drawing program for electronic schematics. An extensive parts bin gives you the pieces for your drawing, then you can auto-wire with just a click. If manual routing is required, click the turn points and your wiring is done. Pieces snap-to-grid, rotate, flip, and resize, and wiring will "rubber-band" to moved components. Drawing tools let you modify or customize parts, design new ICs, or relabel contact pins. Detail work is no problem with zoom capability up to 5,000%. A clear tutorial and online help make learning a snap. Some drawing conventions are non-standard, but a few minutes with the program will have you working naturally with "rect-select," the rectangle selection method that replaces drag/drop for selecting components. This evaluation version is full-featured with the exception of saving your work.
